Manchester UWH originated when Miles Platting pool was threatened with closure and Xarifa UWH were faced with the prospect of nowhere to play. A temporary session that was taken in the interim period became so successful, and attended by representatives from clubs all over Manchester, that it still continues.
This is XARIFA UWH - luckily they're better at playing than posing for photographs.
